In 2001, Pastor Edward was sent by his church to bring the gospel to Kakolo, a farming community on the outskirts of Kitwe, Zambia. He planted Faith Baptist Church Kakolo and has faithfully pastored there for over 23 years. This mature church has sent church planting missionaries to other rural areas including Chantente and Kamilili.

Pastor Edward uses his CABU training and pastoral experience to teach preaching classes at CABU. In addition to lecturing, he spearheads the Department of Chaplaincy Ministry, a programme that seeks to equip military chaplains with theological training.
